Where it all started
The Hey Neighbour pilot was initiated by the City of Vancouver as a learning enterprise, to add knowledge to the field around what may support connections in multi-unit buildings.
Thank you to the champions and partners that helped with advice and support throughout the pilot: Keltie Craig (Chair), Eoin O’Connor, Katia Tynan, Michelle Hoar, Robert Brown, Janet Moore, Claire Gram, David Hutniak, Paty Rios, Gord Tulloch, Jennifer Gray-Grant, January Wolodarsky, Stacy Barter, Leigh Greenius, Bev Greene, Cyrus Navabi, Anthony Kupferschmidt. Thanks to the Evaluation team from SFU that conducted a formal evaluation of the pilot: Dr. Meg Holden, Sadaf Seifi, and Zora Feren. This experiment would not have been possible without the contributions and assistance of the Resident Animators and Building Management that worked with us: Juliana Santo, Akiko Sasagi, Harry Peterson. Vincent Lee.
